Visible along I-70, the original Vail course follows along Gore Creek. Great views of the snow capped Gore Range Peaks from the fairways. Very busy.

From the first tee box hundreds of feet above the fairways, the course runs along and across the Eagle River, up the hillsides and plunges down thru tall pines to the finish.
